    Critères de sélection

    Critères d'inclusion

    Critères d'inclusion

    * Le participant doit avoir un adénocarcinome colorectal récurrent ou métastatique confirmé histologiquement, non traité auparavant, non accessible à une chirurgie curative.
    * Le participant ne doit pas avoir de présence connue de cancer colorectal (CCR) avec déficience de réparation des mésappariements (dMMR) ou instabilité microsatellitaire élevée (MSI-H) selon les résultats historiques (un test validé doit être utilisé).
    * Le participant ne doit pas avoir de présence connue du gène codant pour la protéine B-Raf (BRAF) mutation V600E selon les tests locaux.
    * Le participant doit avoir une maladie mesurable telle que définie par les Critères d'évaluation de la réponse dans les tumeurs solides (RECIST) v1.1.

    Critères d'exclusion

    * Le participant ne doit pas avoir de métastases connues non traitées du système nerveux central (SNC), y compris cérébrales, leptoméningées et/ou compression médullaire.
    * Le participant ne doit pas avoir de malignité antérieure active au cours des 2 dernières années, à l'exception de cancers localement curables qui ont apparemment été guéris et considérés comme à faible risque de récidive.
    * Le participant ne doit pas avoir de maladie cardiovasculaire significative, telle qu'un infarctus du myocarde, une angine instable, une thrombose artérielle ou un accident vasculaire cérébral dans les 6 mois précédant la randomisation, une hypertension non contrôlée (≥ 160 systolique et/ou ≥ 100 diastolique mm Hg) malgré une prise en charge médicale optimale, ou un syndrome du QT long congénital.
    * Le participant ne doit pas avoir reçu de traitement systémique antérieur avec un anticorps anti-PD-1, anti-mort programmée (ligand)-1 (PD-L1), anti-PD-L2, agonistes de CD137, ou anti-protéine 4 associée aux lymphocytes T cytotoxiques (CTLA-4), ou tout autre anticorps ou médicament ciblant spécifiquement la co-stimulation des cellules T ou les voies de point de contrôle, ou une chimiothérapie.
    * D'autres critères d'inclusion/exclusion définis par le protocole s'appliquent.

    Inclusion Criteria

    * Participant must previously untreated, histologically confirmed recurrent or metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma, not amenable to curative surgery.
    * Participant must have no known presence of mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) colorectal cancer (CRC) per historical results (a validated test should be used).
    * Participant must have no known presence of the gene that encodes the protein B-Raf (BRAF) V600E mutation per local testing.
    * Participant must have measurable disease as defined by Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) v1.1.

    Exclusion Criteria

    * Participant must not have any untreated known central nervous system (CNS) metastases including brain, leptomeningeal and/or spinal cord compression.
    * Participant must not have any prior malignancy active within the previous 2 years, except for locally curable cancers that have been apparently cured and considered to be of low risk of recurrence.
    * Participant must not have significant cardiovascular disease, such as myocardial infarction, unstable angina, arterial thrombosis or cerebrovascular accident within 6 months prior to randomization, uncontrolled hypertension (≥ 160 systolic, and/or ≥ 100 diastolic mm Hg) despite optimal medical management, or congenital long QT syndrome.
    * Participant must not have prior systemic treatment with an anti-PD-1, anti-programmed death (ligand)-1 (PD-L1), anti-PD-L2, CD137 agonists, or anti-cytotoxic T-lymphocyte associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) antibody, or any other antibody or drug specifically targeting T cell co-stimulation or checkpoint pathways or chemotherapy.
    * Other protocol-defined Inclusion/Exclusion criteria apply.
