1. Patients avec une dysfonction érectile post-prostatectomie persistante plus de 18 mois après la prostatectomie et qui résulte en l'incapacité d'atteindre un rapport sexuel avec l'aide de médicaments PDE5-I.
2. Les patients doivent avoir eu une bonne fonction érectile pré-prostatectomie avec un score IIEF de base de ≥17 sur l'évaluation auto-rapportée de la fonction historique.
Critères d'exclusion :
1. Patients ayant subi une radiothérapie pelvienne antérieure
2. Patients âgés de < 18 ans au moment du diagnostic
3. Patients juridiquement incapables
4. Patients incapables de compléter les questionnaires et n'ayant pas de compagnon pour les aider à les remplir
5. Patients avec une maladie neurologique préexistante
6. Patients ayant un historique de chirurgies bilatérales pour la réparation de hernie inguinale.

1. Patients with persistent post prostatectomy erectile dysfunction more than 18 months from prostatectomy and which results in the inability to achieve intercourse with the aid of PDE5-I medications.
2. Patients must have had good pre-prostatectomy erectile function with a baseline IIEF score of ≥17 on self-reported assessment of historic function.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Patients with previous pelvic radiotherapy
2. Patients aged \< 18 years at diagnosis
3. Legally incapable patients
4. Patients who are unable to complete questionnaires and have no companion to help complete them
5. Patients with pre-existing neurologic disease
6. Patients with a history of bilateral surgeries for inguinal hernia repair.

Un essai pilote prospectif à un seul bras évaluant la sécurité et les résultats de récupération érectile à 1 an des patients subissant une procédure de greffe nerveuse somatique à autonome pour la restauration de la fonction érectile chez les patients ayant perdu la fonction érectile après une prostatectomie radicale pour un cancer de la prostate. Au cours de cette étude, un total de 10 patients présentant une dysfonction érectile persistante depuis plus de 18 mois après la prostatectomie subiront une procédure de restauration nerveuse post-prostatectomie radicale (PRP-NR).

A single arm prospective pilot trial evaluating the safety and the 1-year erectile recovery outcomes of patients undergoing a somatic to autonomic nerve grafting procedure for restoration of erectile function in patients who have lost erectile function following radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer. During this study a total of 10 patients who have persistent erectile dysfunction for more than 18 months post prostatectomy will undergo a post radical prostatectomy nerve restoration procedure (PRP-NR).
Les investigateurs proposent une étude pilote prospective à un seul bras évaluant la sécurité et les résultats de récupération érectile à 1 an des patients subissant la procédure PRP-NR. Un total de 10 patients subira la procédure PRP-NR, qui est une nouvelle procédure de greffe nerveuse qui utilisera une greffe du nerf ilioinguinal pour réaliser une connexion bilatérale de bout en côté entre le nerf dorsal du pénis et les corps caverneux dans le but de restaurer la fonction érectile. Les participants auront une évaluation de base avec les questionnaires IIEF-5 et SF-MPQ, puis seront réévalués avec ces questionnaires lors de leurs visites postopératoires de soins standards à 4 semaines, 3, 6, 12, 18 et 24 mois. La sécurité postopératoire sera évaluée en enregistrant toute complication cliniquement détectée pendant leurs soins péri- et postopératoires.

The investigators are proposing a single arm prospective pilot study evaluating the safety and the 1-year erectile recovery outcomes of patients undergoing the PRP-NR procedure. A total of 10 patients will undergo the PRP-NR procedure, which is a novel nerve grafting procedure which will utilize a graft of the ilioinguial nerve to perform a bilateral end to side connection between the dorsal penile nerve and the corpora cavernosa with the intent to restore erectile function. Participants will have a baseline evaluation with IIEF-5 and SF-MPQ questionnaires, and then will have re-evaluation with these questionnaires at their standard of care post operative visits at 4 weeks, 3-, 6-, 12-, 18- and 24- months. Post operative safety will be assessed by recording any clinically detected complications during their peri- and post-operative care.
